Through 5 years’ unremitting efforts, Shangxiang Co., ltd. has achieved great success in developing independently latex of chloroprene secondary pipe degasification technology, of which the latex temperature and degasification capacity technology has reached designation guideline. The fulfilling of the project marked that the technology of latex of chloroprene degasification process in Shangxiang has won the international level.
       The technology of latex of chloroprene degasification process is the key to chloroprene rubber production. As China have not made great breakthrough in the important technology for a long time, which affected the diversification, seriation, function and high quality of chloroprene rubber. Shangxiang always implements the principles of revitalization enterprise through science and technology, adheres to the way of independent innovation, more manpower and material resources have been put into solving the technical difficulties for many years. In the early 1980s, they successfully developed technology - latex of chloroprene, and honored third-rate prize for science and technology progress by Ministry of Chemical Industry and first-rate prize in Shanxi Province. Nowadays, the company has made great achievement in developing latex of chloroprene secondary pipe degasification technology, which laid a very strong foundation for developing chloroprene rubber in China. Meanwhile, the application of this project can also raise degasification rate of latex of chloroprene, reduce organic content in waster water, and play an important role in ease environmental protection pressure for manufacturers of chloroprene rubber.
