Adisseo’s large-scale transformation program, REBOOST, won two major French awards, the Victoires du Capital Humain and the Syntec Grand Prix. Its outstanding performance in sustainable and efficient industrial management won recognition from the judges.

As a component of the EuRise program, launched at the end of 2023, the European industrial platform structured a dynamic approach to all actions aimed at improving costs. REBOOST brings together operational excellence initiatives. It aims to improve the safety of employees and facilities, implement cost-reduction measures, and enhance material yields and asset utilization, all of which contributed to strengthening operational resilience and competitiveness.
The honors reflected different aspects of REBOOST’s achievements. This project received the Jury’s Special Mention in the “Leadership HRD” category of the Victoires du Capital Humain, which showed the recognition of the commitment of project teams and managers in transforming Adisseo’s managerial culture to drive operational excellence and industrial performance. The Gold Medal in the “Organizational Transformation” category of the Syntec Grand Prix was awarded to REBOOST. It celebrated the success of an ambitious transformation initiative serving the performance and competitiveness of Adisseo’s European industrial platform.
Adisseo attributes REBOOST’s achievements to five core pillars to achieve these awards. All pillars together supported REBOOST to establish a project management culture and organization, along with co-constructing and deploying a shared managerial framework, which were the key enablers for the project's success:
Innovative and Collaborative HR Strategy: The project is built on a jointly developed managerial framework that standardizes roles, responsibilities, and expected behaviors across all European sites. This structured system supports the assessment, development, and long-term consolidation of managerial capabilities.
Personalized Managerial Support: Every manager benefits from comprehensive support, including self-assessment, 360-degree feedback, hands-on coaching, and peer learning. Digital tools such as Fabriq underpin daily operational routines, enabling collaborative performance management.
Large-Scale Stakeholder Engagement: The initiative has mobilized 100% of managers at all hierarchical levels through targeted training and personalized support. Operational managers from Adisseo’s ROR, Commentry, and Burgos sites are leading the transformation, engaging over 830 employees across the European industrial platform.
Phased, Sustainable Transformation: REBOOST is implemented in three strategic phases: Initiation (launch of quick-win projects), Acceleration (rollout of performance governance routines and nearly 100 site-specific projects), and Autonomy (embedding continuous improvement by 2026).
Agile and Inspiring Governance: Led by a dedicated Task Force and committed site management teams, the project ensures consistent progress while respecting local operational nuances. Benchmarking external best practices,
facilitating international exchanges, and maintaining regular internal communication have further strengthened team engagement and collective pride.
These two awards acknowledge the commitment of all Adisseo teams, who turned managerial and industrial transformation into a true lever for employee development and for industrial and economic performance. The REBOOST project embodies Adisseo’s ambition to lead differently in order to deliver sustainable performance in a demanding and constantly evolving industrial environment.
