On January 6, Xinghuo Group’s Guangdong Plant passed a rigorous audit conducted by World Standards for Certification Center Inc., and officially obtained the 2025 Energy Management System Certification.

The energy management system establishment is to set standards and identify optimal solutions for efficient energy utilization, while exploring pathways for continuous improvement. Based on the establishment, the plant embeds energy-saving and consumption-reduction requirements throughout its production and operation chain. In office areas, it implements refined electricity management measures. In raw material management, it dynamically monitors consumption data. In production workshops, it achieved precise energy control by optimizing equipment operating parameters. Furthermore, it still keeps improving production processes to increase energy efficiency.
Over the past year, the plant focused on its energy-saving and carbon-reduction goals, implementing targeted upgrades in high-energy-consumption parts. Across three major production workshops, 22 high-energy motors were upgraded with variable-frequency drives, reducing equipment energy consumption through technological innovation. In utilities management, comprehensive energy metering devices for water, electricity, and gas were fully installed and put into operation, which built an integrated monitoring network for energy consumption data. In addition, full-process carbon footprint tracking and analysis of key products identified the critical points of lifecycle energy optimization. The “Save Every Sheet of Paper” initiative was launched, recycled paper collection boxes in all workshops were set up, and paperless office practices were promoted. Management requirements such as “turning off lights and power when leaving” were strictly enforced, embedding energy-saving and consumption-reduction into daily work. As a result, the company’s comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 1.15% year on year in 2025, while carbon dioxide emissions fell by 11.07%.
This certification marks a new stage in the company’s green development journey. Looking ahead, the Guangdong Plant will continue to deepen energy-saving and consumption-reduction initiatives, making green and low-carbon practices a standard feature of its operations. Through more efficient and sustainable production models, the plant aims to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
