Adisseo Welcomes Tsinghua Talents: A Bridge between the French Roots and the Development toward the East

On February 4th, Adisseo welcomed 25 students from Tsinghua University, one of Asia’s most prestigious academic institutions, founded in 1911 and globally recognized for its excellence in science, engineering, technology and innovation, to its Antony site. The group was in Europe for a week-long learning expedition across France and Austria, exploring European culture, different ways of working, and leading-edge companies.

After a safety introduction and a tour of the site, the students met with Adisseo’s CEO, Dr. Hao, and discovered the company’s technologies, services, and the nutritional solutions which has been developed to help feed the planet in a safe, high-quality, affordable, and sustainable way.

This visit highlighted what makes Adisseo unique: a company firmly anchored in its French industrial heritage, yet resolutely oriented toward the East for many years. Discussions focused on Adisseo’s intercultural values, ethics and compliance, diversity, and talent development, the pillars of a corporate culture built at the crossroads of East and West.

The students’ questions and strong engagement reflected their deep interest in the challenges of the industry and the role they will play in shaping tomorrow’s solutions. An inspiring visit that further strengthens the connection between Adisseo and the next generation of international scientific talent.
